Keldrick is an expert Heavy Civil Services, Construction Management, and is highly experienced in Consulting
Projects, Management of Day to Day operations, Risk Management, and Business Development who
has overtime managed millions of dollars in project cost throughout his career with over 22 years of
professional experience in a variety of construction fields. These projects include Commercial,
Residential, Federal, Private, Local Government, State Government and international Construction
projects. Keldrick maintains essential certifications & qualifications required to be effective in the
construction industry.
 
Keldrick was practically raised in the construction business with a proven track record physically
participating in several very high profiled projects throughout Southern Louisiana. Not only has
Keldrick taken on phenomenal tasks here in and around the New Orleans Metropolitan and
throughout the neighboring Southern States of American but his track also includes operations &
consulting projects in the Caribbean Islands including places like Jamaica, Off Shore Habitats (US Gulf
Coast), The Bahamas, and Puerto Rico. Keldrick has been an essential tool in consulting with foreign
governments/communities in an effort to help coordinate revitalization projects and assist with plans
to further help better their economies and infrastructure.  
 
As a young man Keldrick obtained his basic skills by working hands-on with projects. This experience
included assisting and working in the field while simultaneously learning the much needed basics and
the physical fundamentals of construction. He became very well rounded in the areas of construction
build, project development, inspections, testing and management. his own lane in the construction
industry taking on a vast number of roles in the construction management and civil engineering
spaces contracting & consulting to the Federal Government, State Government agencies/departments
and provides a range of support services for numerous [large] General Constructors and Engineering
Firms. This included taking on roles like; Construction Operations Officer (COO), Principal for firms,
Superintendent, Project Manager, Quality Assurance & Control Management (QA/QCM) and Site
Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) to name just a few.
